over here on the west coast, in oakland, whistle tips were the ****. so one news group decided to do a story on them since there were hella annoyance calls about them, so anyway, when the news group went to some auto garage shop to ask them about it, bubb rubb was there getting one installed on lil sis's car so they interviewed bubb rub and lil sis and WOOWOO got around and bubb rubb is famous now
