Hey all fellow pedders.I guess, a review hasn’t been done before about the Flybars. All I have to say is WOW! I felt such a big difference between control and stability. Many, new members have questions on how they control and how they perform on freestyle. IN my opinion, these bars are a great investment.

Replacing forks and adding the so called “V-Brakes” are a great choice to stearing and braking. Removing forks( as in the post by Accord ), are very easy. Then by replacing the forks, a big fat allen bolt is replaced and is pushed through the center. The bearing cups are used and are inserted between the Fly bars.


After the FATTY bolt is put in and tightened, the bars are ready to go. That’s IT! Easy as that. By spending a good $390.00, you can have the best control mod. The stability, control, LOOKS, and strength are all added in one little package.


Two forms of Flybars are available. The Version 1 are the strongest, and are 100 dollars more. The version 1 are also triple chromed and are made out of chromoly piping. In my opinion, that is the best for your buy.


Second, are the version 2’s. These are made out of a more economical steal and have been powdercoated black. Very Sexy. The best part is, they are 100 dollars less then the original flybars. Very nice. Still as strong and as sexy looking, both buys are the best way to control your ped.
